Join the online conversation on promoting healthy masculinities

September 23, 2020 | GFC & Partner Updates

As we celebrate International Day of the Girl on October 11, we recognize that girls should not have to shoulder the burden of promoting gender equity alone. We invite you to join a webinar on the importance of working with boys and young men to combat gender-based violence and gender inequality.

Date: Thursday, October 8, 2020
Time: 12:00pm EDT (Washington, DC) /
11:00am CDT (Mexico City)
Register via Zoom

During this webinar, we will share examples of methodologies, strategies, and program interventions from Mexico and Central America that promote healthy attitudes about gender with children and youth. Additionally, we will share learnings from the “Changing Gender Attitudes, Empowering Girls” initiative developed by GFC and the Summit Foundation.

This webinar will be in Spanish with English interpretation.
