Join Global Fund for Children for the 2021 Juliette Gimon Courage Award Announcement
You’re invited to a special event to celebrate the winners of the third annual Courage Awards!
Join Global Fund for Children on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 1:00pm-2:00pm EDT for a virtual celebration to honor three organizations working to advance the rights of young people living in especially challenging circumstances.
You don’t want to miss this inspiring event. Previous winners have empowered children and youth to overcome tremendous obstacles, including forced labor, poverty, and gender-based violence.
You can register here for the free event, which will be held online via Zoom. This is the capstone of our monthlong Celebration of Courage Campaign, which has included two virtual galas. On May 6, we’ll also be hosting a global conversation on education during COVID-19.

ABOUT THE COURAGE AWARDS
GFC gives the annual Courage Awards through the Juliette Gimon Fund for Courageous Leadership – a more than $1 million endowment made possible by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and other donors – in honor of Juliette Gimon, who passed away in 2018. A global philanthropist and former GFC Board Chair, Juliette helped shape GFC through her wisdom, insights, and profound concern for children, changing hundreds of thousands of young lives across the globe.
