At Global Fund for Children, we don’t just listen to young people. We co-create, collaborate and seek council.
The Youth Leadership Council (YLC) is a dynamic group of young leaders from around the world who guide and influence GFC. They serve as GFC ambassadors and changemakers who ensure that youth perspectives are woven into everything we do.
YLC members have the opportunity to:
- Advise GFC on strategy, programming, and equity.
- Build a bridge between grassroots youth-led movements and institutional power.
- Access professional development and wellbeing support.
- Foster a space for mutual learning and knowledge-sharing.
- Join GFC’s Global Board.
- Collaborate on campaigns, messaging, and global partnerships.
The Youth Leadership Council is a bold expression of co-creation and collaboration, where young changemakers challenge our thinking, and help ensure that GFC lives its values with integrity, accountability, and with youth voices at the center of everything we do.
