Tyas Pusposari
Research and Learning Manager
Tyas Pusposari supports Global Fund for Children’s global and regional learning and research initiatives on social justice, employing participatory approaches with grassroots partners and youth. Her dedication to learning and evaluation is rooted in feminist and intersectional values, emphasizing the perspectives and needs of historically marginalized groups. Before joining GFC, Tyas worked with Global Fund for Women (GFW) as a Learning and Evaluation Officer and with several grassroots organizations as a social researcher in her native Indonesia. At GFW, she spearheaded the integration of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems into Salesforce, produced analyses for various stakeholders, and fostered organizational learning across thematic areas. In Indonesia, she conducted extensive research on women’s rights, philanthropy, child trafficking, and local politics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Indonesia and a master’s degree in public administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey as a Fulbright Scholar. Tyas is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and she is actively honing her Portuguese skills.
