Fernanda Haaz
Operations and Learning Associate
As the Operations and Learning Associate at Global Fund for Children, Fernanda Haaz brings a strong background in operations, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and organizational learning. Prior to joining GFC’s Operations Team, she supported the Funder Safeguarding Collaborative, where she contributed to operational, financial, and learning initiatives and helped coordinate training and peer learning events. Her previous experience also includes operations roles within investment and financial institutions, as well as an internship with The Consumer Goods Forum, where she managed relationships with Latin American members and supported industry events. Fernanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the Americas Puebla in Mexico and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
