Kondwani Msampha
Vice President of Finance
As the Vice President of Finance, Kondwani Msampha provides strategy and vision in the management of Global Fund for Children’s resources across the globe. This includes responsibility for organizational financial planning, budgeting, setting investment priorities, and maintaining an optimum operating infrastructure whilst supporting the finance committee and the Board.
Kondwani has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, where he has developed finance, human resources, and operational strategies for more than five international organizations. He has created sustainable risk control models, as well as governance and financial management processes, contributing to the shaping of global business.
Kondwani loves traveling, discovering new cultures, and has enjoyed long-term assignments with global responsibilities while based in Malaysia, Sweden, the US, Ghana, Kenya, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. A native of Malawi, he studied accounting and business administration at the University of Malawi before graduating from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of London.
