Jo Griffin
Human Resources Consultant
Jo Griffin works with Global Fund for Childrenās UK team to support employees and enhance the employee experience. As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she is an expert and emotionally intelligent human resources leader, passionate about people, culture, and strategy. Previously a board-level Human Resources Director at a nonprofit organization, she was instrumental in taking the team from 40 to 120 people. Joās leadership expertise spans the employee lifecycle, underpinning best practices with solutions-focused advice and guidance. Jo also volunteers as a Parent and Safeguarding Governor at The Cotswold School, an outstanding secondary school in England. In addition, she is a Board Trustee at PATA (UK), a childrenās charity for early years learning.
