
Dima Kulyk
Development Officer, Strategic Partnerships
In his role on GFC’s development team, Dima Kulyk stewards strategic partnerships in the UK, Europe, and Africa while reporting on impact and deliverables.
Dima has a strong background in social impact, partnerships, and program development. He began his career in Brussels with Women Political Leaders, supporting initiatives to advance women’s political representation. He then joined the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to implement the Youth Well-Being Index, engaging young people across 33 cities in Ukraine, in collaboration with local businesses and city councils.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Dima worked for Teenergizer, an organization developing online mental health services for teenagers in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Most recently, he led development at the charity Europia in the UK, strengthening relationships with stakeholders and enhancing support for vulnerable migrant communities.
Dima holds a master’s degree in international relations. He is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, and also speaks Polish.
