Dagmawit Tessema
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Intern
Dagmawit Tessema serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Intern. She works closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager to assist in providing technical MEL support. She supports the staff in the development of M&E tools and protocols, managing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and assisting with research and writing. Dagmawit (Dee) holds an undergraduate dual degree in International Studies and Africa Studies with a minor in Public Health and Women Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is currently a graduate student at The George Washington University studying International Education, with a focus on Youth Engagement and Education in sub-Saharan Africa. Dee is fluent in Amharic and currently learning French.
