
Shristi Joshi
Nepal Program Officer
Shristi Joshi serves as the Nepal Program Officer at Global Fund for Children. As a development professional, she brings extensive expertise in child protection and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI). Prior to joining GFC, Shristi worked as a Senior Program Officer at ChildSafeNet, an NGO in Nepal focused on children’s online safety. Shristi has significant experience in capacity building, training, advocacy, and partnership development, collaborating with governments, law enforcement, civil society, and international organizations. She has conducted research on the impacts of Generative AI on child online safety in Nepal and worked with various organizations to design and implement inclusive projects empowering marginalized communities. With a strong focus on mainstreaming gender considerations and fostering social inclusivity, Shristi is passionate about achieving results through innovative strategies. She holds a master’s degree in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India.
