Sam Phillips-Corwin
Senior Learning and Evaluation Officer
As a Learning and Evaluation Officer at Global Fund for Children, Sam Phillips-Corwin works to support the strategic learning and evaluation team in developing GFC’s capacity to learn as an organization, to enhance the understanding of GFC’s impact, and to share those findings. Prior to joining GFC, Sam worked as a case manager and housing specialist at a men’s shelter in Seattle. He also has experience working with foundations and nonprofits in the Seattle area to establish systems of measurement, learning, and evaluation. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Oberlin College. He has a master’s degree in learning and evaluation practices and conflict resolution at the Fletcher School of International Affairs. Sam is fluent in Spanish.
