Otis Kollie
Program Specialist Africa and Asia Consultant
Otis Kollie is a Program Specialist Africa and Asia Consultant at Global Fund for Children, where he supports the Africa and Asia teams with partnership development and management; grant management; communications and reporting; and knowledge and learning. Otis is a certified project management professional with more than eight years of experience within the program management setting. He started his career as a Program Manager at Women-Concern Liberia, a local feminist organization. He has also previously worked at the Lifewater Liberia Country Office as an Assistant Program Coordinator, and at the Liberian Geographical Society (LGS), where he was promoted to Program Manager/M&E Coordinator and led and coordinated the development and implementation of LGS’s programmatic strategy. Otis holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics with a minor in public administration.
