Nicole Flynn
Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate for Global Fund for Children, Nicole Flynn helps build the organization’s capacity with a focus on organizational systems and functions including operations, technology, and administration. She is responsible for providing support for the operational and technology needs of GFC’s team, as well as helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. Nicole has a background in operations and customer service. Prior to joining GFC, she worked predominantly for start-ups in the logistics and supply chain sector with a focus on customer satisfaction, project management, and process improvement. She has completed her Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma, a project management and process improvement training program, and has ambitions to continue learning this methodology. Nicole has a diploma in chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
