Marla de la Cruz is passionate about advancing gender justice, youth leadership, and peace. She holds two BAs from Tec de Monterrey in International Relations and Government & Public Transformation, and works as a political consultant in Mexico. She completed her 2023–2025 fellowship with the Adolescent Girls Advisory Council at Global Fund for Women, currently serves on the YouthLED Integrity Advisory Board of UNODC, and has contributed to research with Reach Alliance and other organizations.
