Kelvin Muli
Learning and Evaluation Officer, Africa
Kelvin Muli is GFC’s Learning and Evaluation Officer for the Thriving Through Play initiative in the Africa region. He is based in Kenya and brings wit him a deep passion for working with children and youth. Prior to GFC, Kelvin supported international development agencies and grassroots organizations to design and implement M&E systems through participatory approaches and contributed to data-driven decision-making. He has provided Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) related services for programs that promote youth employability, social behavior change, and refugee livelihoods.
Kelvin holds a master’s in monitoring and evaluation with a background in community development. Fluent in English and Swahili, he is currently improving his French.
