Charlie Cavaliero
Program Officer, Boys and Young Men Initiative
Charlie works as part of Global Fund for Children’s Europe and Central Asia team, leading the Boys and Young Men Initiative in the UK. Charlie has experience working on Healthy Masculinity initiatives, including facilitating parenting courses for fathers, as a support work for young fathers, and training professionals in father-inclusive practices. Charlie is a trained Montessori teacher and has worked in Early Years settings across London. Charlie has a bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews, and a master’s degree in International Education and Development from the University of Sussex. He is learning Spanish and Portuguese.
