Arantxa Paniagua
Management Accountant
As a Grants Accountant at Global Fund for Children, Arantxa Paniagua assists with accounting for the UK Trust, administers grants to grassroots partners, and helps with annual audit preparation, among other responsibilities. She first joined GFC as a Finance Intern in 2019 and returned to the organization in 2021 as an Accounting Specialist after studying budgeting and grantmaking in Spain and the United Kingdom. Her prior work experience includes financial analysis and budgeting in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Arantxa holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from La Laguna University in Spain. A native Spanish speaker, she is also fluent in English and speaks basic German.
