Alex co-founded Little Fish with Suha Al-Khayyat following a series of successful arts education projects with Big Fish Theatre, West Sussex County Youth Theatre, and Breakout TIE. While much of his creative energy is dedicated to writing and directing for the company, Alex has also worked occasionally as a freelance consultant with organizations supporting young people, including CARE, Artsmark, and West Sussex County Youth Theatre. With over 15 years of experience in sexual health and drug education, Alex shaped the early direction and focus of Little Fish.
