Adibeli Chidinma

Chidinma Adibeli is a Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Advocate and the Executive Director of Mildheart Care Foundation, where she promotes good health, social justice, and the well-being of young people. As a survivor of gender-based violence, her lived experiences fuel her passion for creating change in her community and across Nigeria. She holds a degree in Human Anatomy and a Master’s in Public Health, equipping her to empower young people through outreaches, sexuality podcasts, and media campaigns, striving to ensure they live healthy, purposeful lives free from social constraints.
