Loan Vuong
Spark Fund Specialist, Vietnam
Loan Vuong works in collaboration with Global Fund for Children’s Asia program and Spark Fund teams to facilitate youth-led grantmaking, capacity development, and program-related support for Spark Fund partners in Vietnam. Loan is an experienced social worker who is passionate about contributing to Vietnam’s social development. She worked for almost 10 years as a youth development officer and social worker for children, youth, and families living in poverty, and she found particular satisfaction in promoting climate change awareness and coaching hundreds of youth-led projects to achieve sustainable development goals. Loan holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and completed her master’s program in social work through the sponsorship of an Erasmus Mundus scholarship. She is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
