Dhvani Doshi

Dhvani Doshi leads Global Fund for Children’s grantmaking, capacity strengthening, integrated programming, and stakeholder engagement in India. Prior to her time at GFC, she led several initiatives during her four-year tenure at Teach for India, where she specialized in program operations, external partnerships, and human resources. While at Teach for India, she spent two years as a teacher and guide for 54 inner-city children from Malwani, one of the most violent and troubled neighborhoods in the city of Mumbai. Dhvani also worked as the consulting program director for the Green Batti Project, a one-on-one mentoring program that pairs youth from underresourced communities with young professionals. Dhvani holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Mumbai. She is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati and has a working knowledge of Bengali.
