Caroline Koldys
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager
Carolina Koldys leads the efforts in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) at GFC. Carolina has extensive experience as a MEL technical advisor and consultant. Since 2004, she has worked on evaluation projects with a wide range of multilateral organizations, development agencies, and NGOs, including the Inter-American Development Bank, International Finance Corporation, USAID, and International Labor Organization, among others. Most recently, she served as the regional monitoring and evaluation manager for Latin America for Lutheran World Relief. In this position, she was responsible for improving the M&E capacity in the region and ensuring compliance regarding M&E commitments to donors. Carolina holds a master’s degree in business administration with focus on international economics from Brandeis University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad de Lima in Peru. She also holds postgraduate degrees in Monitoring and Evaluation from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. She is a native Spanish speaker.
