Blondie Ndebele provides a wide range of content creation, editorial, digital media, and design support to the organization’s global communications team. She has a decade of experience both in the field of journalism and in the nonprofit sector. Blondie has been actively involved in initiatives that promote human rights awareness, active citizen participation, social inclusion, accountable governance, and sound service delivery. She has also contributed immensely to addressing issues that include children’s rights, justice for women, inclusion of people with disabilities, and environmental justice in rural communities. Previously, she worked as a news reporter at one of the leading daily newspapers in Zimbabwe. With a budding career in writing, Blondie recently contributed to an international journal titled The Idea of Matabeleland in Digital Spaces: Genealogies, Discourses and Epistemic Struggles. She holds a master’s degree in international relations and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and media studies.
