Learn how we’re redefining approaches that foster sustainability and how we’ve rejuvenated this year’s award selection process in a more participatory way. Find out how Malaika, a 2019 award winner, has empowered thousands of rural girls in the Democratic Republic of the Congo through its girls’ school, community center, and clean water program. And hear firsthand from Malaika’s founder Noëlla Coursaris Musunka about her inspiration, her story, and her organization’s partnership with GFC.
