Stephanie Ritchie
Development Intern
Stephanie Ritchie is the Development Intern at Global Fund for Children for Winter 2020. Stephanie works closely with the development team in engaging donors and managing major gifts, strategizing and fundraising, and supporting prospecting efforts in relation to grants, proposals, and reports. Prior to joining GFC, Stephanie gained experience in fundraising and development through her role as the Fundraising Lead for Women Everywhere Believe, Inc. Stephanie has extensive volunteer experience, which ranges from her work promoting literacy in urban schools to her role as an Autism support professional. She also has research experience analyzing trauma-based interventions and school performance while working as a Research Assistant for her alma mater, the University of Connecticut, where she received a dual degree in Speech, Language, & Hearing Sciences and Human Development and Family Studies. Stephanie is fluent in English and Haitian Creole and proficient in Spanish.
