Jaya Rose serves as a Development Officer for Strategic Partnerships at Global Fund for Children where she supports efforts to strengthen locally led organizations advancing children’s rights and well-being around the world, with a specific regional focus on Latin America and Asia. Her background spans international development reform, migration policy, and humanitarian advocacy, with a focus on creating equitable systems that protect and empower youth and communities. Jaya has managed multi-donor grants and cultivated partnerships across government, multilateral, and philanthropic sectors to drive sustainable impact. Jaya speaks Spanish and French and graduated from Tufts University (Bachelors) and London School of Economics (Masters). During her free time, Jaya enjoys playing tennis, reading the latest mystery novel, watching terrible but fun RomComs, hiking, and spending time with her cats.
